‘राष्ट्रनेता ते राष्ट्रपिता’ सेवा पंधरवडा

चंद्रपूर, दि. 16 सप्टेंबर : राज्य शासनाच्या मार्गदर्शक सुचनेनुसार जिल्ह्यात 17 सप्टेंबर ते 2 ऑक्टोबर या कालावधीत ‘राष्ट्रनेता ते राष्ट्रपिता’ सेवा पंधरवडा साजरा करण्यात येणार आहे. 10 सप्टेंबर 2022 पर्यंत विविध विभागांकडे असलेले नागरिकांचे प्रलंबित अर्ज, तक्रारी आदींचा निपटारा या सेवा पंधरवडा कालावधीत करण्यात येईल. या संदर्भात जिल्हाधिकारी अजय गुल्हाने यांनी सर्व शासकीय यंत्रणेचा आढावा घेतला.
यावेळी जिल्हाधिकारी म्हणाले की, आपापल्या विभागाच्या माध्यमातून ज्या सेवा नागरिकांना देण्यात येतात, त्याबाबत काही प्रलंबित प्रकरणे असलीत तर त्या निकाली काढाव्यात. सर्वसामान्य जनतेशी निगडीत असलेल्या सेवांतर्गत प्रकरणांचा निपटारा करण्यासाठी विशेष शिबिरांचे आयोजन करावे. विषयसुची मध्ये दिलेल्या सेवा व्यतिरिक्त महाराजस्व अभियान अंतर्गत देण्यात येणा-या सेवा, रोजगार हमी योजनेंतर्गत मजुरांना जॉब कार्ड, अकुशल परवानग्या, मनापाच्या एक खिडकी योजनेंतर्गत विविध परवानग्या आदींचा यात समावेश असावा. सर्व विभाग प्रमुखांनी 10 सप्टेंबरपर्यंत त्यांच्याकडे असलेल्या प्रलंबित अर्जांची माहिती घेऊन आपल्या अधिनस्त असलेल्या अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांना यासंदर्भात सुचना द्याव्यात, असे जिल्हाधिका-यांनी सांगितले.
सेवा पंधरवड्यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने सर्वसामान्य जनतेशी निगडित असणाऱ्या महसूल विभाग, ग्रामविकास विभाग, नगर विकास विभाग, कृषी विभाग, आदिवासी विकास विभाग, सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभाग, ऊर्जा विभाग तसेच सर्व शासकीय विभागाकडील महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा हक्क अधिनियमाअंतर्गत अधिसूचित सेवा विषयी प्रलंबित कामांचा विहित कालमर्यादेमध्ये निपटारा करण्याकरीता कार्यपद्धती निश्चित करण्याच्या शासनाच्या मार्गदर्शक सुचना आहेत.
बैठकीला निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी विशालकुमार मेश्राम, पालिका प्रशासन अधिकारी अजितकुमार डोके, तहसीलदार यशवंत धाईत यांच्यासह दूरदृष्यप्रणालीद्वारे प्रभारी मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी वर्षा गौरकर तसेच सर्व उपविभागीय अधिकारी, सर्व तहसीलदार, सर्व न.प.मुख्याधिकारी आदी उपस्थित होते.

अतिवृष्टीमुळे नुकसान झालेल्या शेतकऱ्यांना नवीन शासन निर्णयानुसार मदत निधीचे वितरण, पंतप्रधान किसान सन्मान निधी योजना- तांत्रिक अडचणीमुळे प्रलंबित असलेल्या पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना लाभ देणे, प्रलंबित फेरफार नोंदींचा निपटारा करणे, पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना शिधापत्रिकांचे वितरण, विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र देणे, मालमत्ता हस्तांतरण नोंद घेणे, नव्याने नळजोडणी देणे, मालमत्ता कराची आकारणी करणे व मागणीपत्र देणे, प्रलंबित घरगुती विद्युत जोडणीस मंजुरी देणे, मालमत्ता हस्तांतरणानंतर विद्युत जोडणीमध्ये नवीन मालमत्ता धारकांचे नाव नोंदविणे, बिरसा मुंडा कृषी क्रांती योजनेअंतर्गत सिंचन विहिरीकरीता अनुसूचित जमातीच्या लाभार्थ्यांची ऑनलाइन नोंदणी करणे, अनुसूचित जमातीच्या लाभार्थ्यांना प्रलंबित वनहक्क पट्टे मंजूर करणे, दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र देणे तसेच नॉन क्रिमिलियर प्रमाणपत्र देणे आदी सेवांचा समावेश आहे.

Chandrapur, Dt. September 16: According to the guidelines of the state government, the service fortnight from September 17 to October 2 will be celebrated in the district from September 17 to October 2. Until 10 September 2022, the pending applications, complaints etc. of the citizens with various departments will be disposed of within this service fortnight. In this regard, Collector Ajay Gulhane reviewed all government systems.
On this occasion, the Collector said that if there are any pending cases regarding the services provided to citizens through their respective departments, they should be settled. Special camps should be organized for settlement of in-service cases related to general public. Apart from the services given in the list of topics, it should include services provided under Maharajswa Abhiyan, job cards for laborers under employment guarantee scheme, unskilled permits, various permits under Manapa's one window scheme etc. The District Collector said that all department heads should take information about the pending applications they have by September 10 and give instructions in this regard to their subordinate officers and employees.
To determine the procedure for disposal of the pending works within the prescribed time limit of the Revenue Department, Rural Development Department, Urban Development Department, Agriculture Department, Tribal Development Department, Public Health Department, Energy Department and all government departments which are mainly related to the general public during the service fortnight. There are government guidelines.
The meeting was attended by Resident Deputy Collector Vishal Kumar Meshram, Municipal Administration Officer Ajit Kumar Doke, Tehsildar Yashwant Dhait along with Chief Executive Officer Varsha Gourkar and all sub-divisional officers, all Tehsildars, all N.P. Chief Officers etc.
