सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांच्या आग्रहानंतर मंत्रीमंडळाचा निर्णय
सरकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात पुनर्विचार याचिका दाखल करणार
मुंबई / चंद्रपूर, दि. 30 : गायरान जमिनीवरील गरीबांची घरे अतिक्रमण म्हणून काढली जाणार नाहीत, असा निर्णय राज्य मंत्रीमंडळाने चर्चेअंती घेतला. वनमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांच्या आग्रहानंतर मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी हा विषय मंत्रीमंडळ बैठकीत मांडून मंजूर करून घेतला. त्याबद्दल श्री.मुनगंटीवार यांनी मुख्यमंत्री आणि उपमुख्यमंत्र्यांनी आभार मानले आहेत. राज्यातील सुमारे सव्वादोन लाख कुटुंबांना याचा फायदा मिळणार आहे.
सर्वोच्चन न्यामयालयाच्याी आदेशानुसार, गायरान जमिनीवरील अतिक्रमण काढण्यासंदर्भात महसुल विभागाने संबंधितांना नोटिसा बजावल्यार आहेत. परंतु या गरीबांची घरे निष्कासित करणे योग्य नाही, असे श्री. मुनगंटीवार यांनी आग्रहपूर्वक मांडले. त्यास सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद देत एकाही व्यकक्तीाचे अतिक्रमण काढले जाणार नाही, असे मुख्य मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यआमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी सांगितले. यासंदर्भात राज्यर सरकार सर्वोच्चम न्याययालयात फेरयाचिका दाखल करेल, असेही श्री. मुनगंटीवार यांनी म्हटले आहे.
राज्याआत 2 लाख 22 हजार 382 व्यदक्तीं ची घरे शासनाच्याि गायरान जमिनीवर आहेत. ती अतिक्रमणे असल्याने महसुल विभागाने त्याल प्रत्ये कांना अतिक्रमण काढण्यासंदर्भात नोटीस बजावली आहे. परंतु या गरीबांची घरे निष्कासित करणे शक्य नसल्याने त्यााठिकाणी गावठाणचे पट्टे तयार करता येतील का, याची चाचपणी करण्याचे सरकारने ठरवले आहे.
गाव किंवा शहराजवळील गायरान जमिनीवर अनेक वर्षापूर्वी हातावरील पोट असलेल्या निराधार व्यीक्तींीनी घरे बांधली आहेत. त्यावतील अनेकांना राहायला स्वोतःची जागा देखील नाही. त्याीमुळे त्यां चे गायरान जमिनीवरील अतिक्रमण न काढण्यालबाबत राज्य सरकार अनुकूल आहे. या लोकांसाठी राज्या सरकार सर्वोच्च न्यांयालयात दाद मागणार आहे. अतिक्रमणासंदर्भात ज्यांरना ज्यांसना नोटीस दिली आहे, त्यास नोटीस मागे घेण्यातची कार्यवाही सुरू केली जाणार आहे. त्याअमुळे राज्यातील सव्वांदोन लाख कुटुंबांना दिलासा मिळणार आहे. परंतु यापुढील काळात शासकीय जमिनीवर अतिक्रमण होणार नाही, याद़ृष्टीसने देखील स्वलतंत्र धोरण आखले जाणार आहे.

Mumbai / Chandrapur, Dt. 30: After discussions, the state cabinet decided that the houses of the poor on agricultural land will not be removed as encroachment. After Forest Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar's insistence, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis presented the matter in the cabinet meeting and approved it. Mr. Mungantiwar thanked the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister for that. About two and a half lakh families in the state will benefit from this.
According to the order of the Supreme Court, the revenue department has issued notices to the concerned regarding the removal of encroachment on Gairan land. But it is not right to evict the houses of these poor people, said Shri. Mungantiwar insisted. Giving a positive response to that, no encroachment of a single person will be removed, said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. In this regard, the state government will file a petition in the Supreme Court, Mr. Mungantiwar said.
The houses of 2 lakh 22 thousand 382 people in the state are on government and land. Since they are encroachments, the revenue department has issued a notice to each of them regarding the removal of encroachments. But since it is not possible to evict the houses of these poor people, the government has decided to test whether it is possible to create township plots there.
Houses have been built by penniless people years ago on gairan land near a village or town. Many of them do not even have their own place to live. Therefore, the state government is in favor of not removing the encroachment on their land. The state government is going to appeal to the Supreme Court for these people. Proceedings for withdrawal of notice will be initiated against those to whom notices have been issued regarding encroachment. Due to this, one hundred and fifty two lakh families of the state will get relief. But in the future there will be no encroachment on government land, independence policy will also be planned with Yadrishtis.
