चंद्रपूर : महाराष्ट्र राज्याच्या वन विभागाने राज्यात असलेल्या दहा वर्षावरील गौरक्षण संस्था मध्ये शेकडो गायी (Cow) अशा गौरक्षण संस्थांना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वन विभागाने 100 एकर जमीन ही त्या गाईच्या संख्येनुसार त्या त्या क्षेत्रात गोपालनासाठी वन विभागाने द्यावी. चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्यातील पहिला राजुरा येथील वन उद्यान 2002 मध्ये सुरुवात करने केली. त्यानंतर आज जिल्ह्यात इतर रस्ता ठिकाणी वन विभागाने वन उद्याने तयार केली आहेत. मात्र जिल्ह्यात गौमाता वन उद्यान निर्मिती व्हावी यासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्याच्या वन विभागाने पुढाकार घ्यावे अशी मागणी आज पत्रकार परिषदेतून माजी खासदार नरेश पुगलीया यांनी केली आहे.
चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्यात गौमाता वन उद्यानाकरिता जबाबदारीने चालत असलेल्या गौरक्षण संस्थांना वनजमीन उपयोगाकरिता उपलब्ध करून दिल्यास गौमातांना लागणारा चारा, पाणी व स्वाश घेण्यास मोकळी जागा या उद्यानाच्या माध्यमातून उपलब्ध करून दिल्यास. त्या ठिकाणी झाडे व जमिनीला कुंपण केल्यावर त्या ठिकाणी सागवानासारखी मौल्यवान झाडे व वन उपजांची झाडे लावले जातील. त्यातून लाखोचा वन विभागाला महसूल तयार होईल. या झाडाची मालकी व जमिनीची मालकी ही वनखात्याचीच राहील. यासाठी वन विभागाने पडीत किंवा झुडपी जंगलाची जागा (D-Graded forest Land) अशा जागेचा योग्य उपयोग होईल. व राज्यातील लाखो गौधनाला संरक्षण मिळेल त्याची उपजीविका उपासना होईल. व त्या गाईंच्या दुधाचा व मलमूत्रांचा योग्य उपयोग कंपोस्ट ची खतासाठी केला जाईल. राज्यात होणाऱ्या गौ हत्या त्या होणार नाहीत. व त्या गौरक्षणातील गायांना चारापाणी योग्य मिळाल्याने त्यांची उपासमार व होणारा छळ थांबवता येईल. यासाठी महाराष्ट्राच्या वन विभागाने या विषयाकडे गांभीर्याने व सकारात्मक विचार करून राज्यातील गौमाता वन उद्यानाची निर्मिती करावी असे आवाहन पत्रकार परिषदेतून केले आहे.

Chandrapur: The forest department of Maharashtra state will give 100 acres of land to cow protection organizations such as cow protection organizations in the state for ten years in the age of 10 years, according to the number of cows. The first forest park at Rajura in Chandrapur district was started in 2002. After that, the forest department has created forest parks in other road places in the district today. However, former MP Naresh Puglia has demanded that the forest department of Maharashtra state should take the initiative for the creation of Gaumata Forest Park in the district.
If forest land is made available to cow protection organizations that are responsible for Gaumata Forest Park in Chandrapur district, if fodder, water and free space for bathing cows are provided through this park. After fencing the trees and land at that place, valuable trees like teak and forest produce trees will be planted at that place. It will generate lakhs of revenue to the forest department. The ownership of this tree and the ownership of the land will remain with the Forest Department. For this, the Forest Department will make proper use of the D-Graded forest land. And millions of Gaudhanas in the state will get protection and their livelihood will be worshiped. And milk and excreta of those cows will be properly used for compost. Cow slaughter in the state will not happen. And by getting proper fodder and water for the cows in that Gaurakshan, their starvation and torture can be stopped. For this, the Forest Department of Maharashtra has appealed to the press conference to seriously and positively think about this matter and create the Gaumata Forest Park in the state.
