चंद्रपूर, ता. 11 ऑगस्ट : ‘मेरी माटी-मेरा देश’ (माझी माती, माझा देश) उपक्रम अंतर्गत चंद्रपूर जिल्हा परिषदेसमोर स्वंयसहायता समूहाच्या ध्वज विक्री स्टॉलचे उद्घाटन जिल्हाधिकारी विनय गौडा यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. यावेळी मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी विवेक जॉन्सन, उपमुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (पंचायत) कपिलनाथ कलोडे, उपमुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सामान्य) श्याम वाखर्डे, जिल्हा अभियान व्यवस्थापक मनोहर वाकडे उपस्थित होते.
देशभरातील विरांच्या तसेच स्वातंत्र्य सैनिकांच्या सन्मानार्थ पंतप्रधान यांनी ‘मेरी माटी मेरा देश’ हा उपक्रम सुरू केला आहे. या अंतर्गत देशातील विरांचा सन्मान वाढावा तसेच राष्ट्रभक्ती वाढावी, याकरीता विविध कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन केले जात आहेत. या उपक्रमांचा एक भाग तसेच स्वातंत्र्य दिनाचे औचित्य साधून जिल्हा परिषदेसमोर महाराष्ट्र राज्य ग्रामीण जीवनोन्नती अभियान अंतर्गत स्वयंसहायता समुहाने ध्वज विक्री स्टॉल सुरू केला.
या स्टॉलचे जिल्हाधिकारी विनय गौडा यांनी फित कापून उदघाटन केले. यावेळी उमेद अभियानातील जिल्हा व्यवस्थापक तसेच तालुका व्यवस्थापक यांची प्रामुख्याने उपस्थिती होती. पंचायत समिती स्तरावरही याच स्वरुपाचे स्टॉल सुरू करण्यात येणार आहे, असल्याचे श्री. कलोडे यांनी कळविले आहे.

Chandrapur, August 11: Under the 'Meri Mati-Mera Desh' (My Soil, My Country) initiative, a self-help group's flag sale stall was inaugurated in front of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad by Collector Vinay Gowda. Chief Executive Officer Vivek Johnson, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Panchayat) Kapilnath Kalode, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (General) Shyam Wakharde, District Campaign Manager Manohar Wakde were present on this occasion.
The Prime Minister has started the initiative 'Meri Mati Mera Desh' in honor of heroes and freedom fighters across the country. Under this, various programs are being organized to increase the honor of heroes of the country and to increase patriotism. As a part of these activities as well as celebrating the Independence Day, a self-help group under the Maharashtra State Rural Jeevanonnati Abhiyan started a flag sale stall in front of the Zilla Parishad.
Collector Vinay Gowda inaugurated the stall by cutting the ribbon. District Manager and Taluka Manager of Umaid Abhiyan were mainly present on this occasion. A similar stall will be started at the Panchayat Samiti level as well, said Shri. Kalode has informed.
